Blast chiller 15x GN 1/1

The Arktic blast chiller is designed to accommodate GN 1/1 containers, offering efficient and reliable cooling performance with a 230V/2080W power supply.

Equipped with a standard probe, this unit features forced cooling and manual defrosting, along with a condensate tray positioned underneath for optimal maintenance.

It includes dedicated functions for ice cream freezing at -20 °C and deep surface freezing at -40 °C, enhanced by inner LED lighting and both sound and visual alarms for open-door alerts, with a configurable door opening direction.
