The Arktic blast chiller is designed to accommodate GN 1/1 containers, providing efficient and reliable chilling performance with a 230V/1180W power supply.

Equipped with a standard probe, this unit features forced cooling and manual defrosting, along with a condensate tray positioned beneath the device for easy maintenance.

It offers dedicated functions for ice cream freezing at -20 °C and deep surface freezing at -40 °C, complemented by inner LED lighting and sound and visual alarms for open doors, with reversible door opening direction.
