Sushi display 5x GN 1/3

The Sushi Display by Arktic features a white coated stainless steel housing with double curved glass at the front, designed for professional use.

It operates on 230V/160W and is built to accommodate five GN 1/3 containers.

Access is provided through two sliding doors at the back or via the lifted curved glass cover.

The unit uses static cooling with an automatic defrost system to maintain optimal conditions.

This display cools within a temperature range from 0°C to 6°C and is equipped with LED lighting and a top-mounted evaporator.

It includes a digital temperature controller and display for precise monitoring.
