Shipping and Delivery Terms
1. Delivery Area
Delivery is available within Germany and to member states of the European Union.Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are only possible upon request and subject to individual agreement.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is generally carried out by truck to the curbside within mainland Germany.Transport insurance is included in the delivery.
Deliveries to islands and mountain stations are made only to the nearest port or valley station.
Delivery dates are coordinated and announced in advance with the customer. Express deliveries are excluded from this arrangement.
Accessories and smaller products are generally shipped via parcel service. Such deliveries are not announced in advance where applicable.
Self-collection is currently not possible, as we operate with different warehouse and shipping locations.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are specified individually during the ordering process or agreed upon with the customer.4. Transfer of Risk (B2B)
As the offer is directed exclusively to businesses, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the transport company.5. Goods Receipt and Transport Damage
The customer is obliged to inspect the goods together with the driver upon delivery for visible damage and completeness.Any detected damage or quantity discrepancies must be noted immediately upon delivery on the scanner or delivery note and confirmed by the driver.
Where possible, the packaging should be opened in the presence of the driver in order to identify any concealed damage.
Visible transport damage inside the packaging must also be reported directly to the driver and confirmed in writing.
Compliance with these obligations ensures smooth and efficient claims processing.
