3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order. The contract is only concluded through an order confirmation by email or shipment of the goods.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are net prices plus the applicable statutory VAT. Payment processing is carried out exclusively through the payment service provider Stripe. Through Stripe, various payment methods may be offered, such as credit card, Klarna, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, or other payment methods supported by Stripe. The purchase price is due immediately.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately and report any obvious defects without delay.
8. Liability
The provider is fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to foreseeable damages.
9. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal as the offer is exclusively directed at business customers (B2B).
10. Use of the Website
The customer undertakes not to misuse the website. In particular, manipulation attempts, interference with IT systems, and abusive orders are prohibited.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office, provided the customer is a merchant.
13. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
