Griddle measures 688x410 mm and is 1/3 ribbed and 2/3 smooth.

The HENDI Griddle 1/3 ribbed features a hardened steel griddle which can reach temperatures of up to 300°C. The ribbed part is perfect for preparing fatty meats and sausages, while the smooth part is perfect for eggs and pancakes. The combination of the backsplash and removable drip tray promote easy cleaning and hygiene.
