It features two stainless steel blades for efficient cutting.

Equipped with one smooth and one serrated stainless steel blade, the knife spins at 2600 RPM, allowing a slicing capacity of up to 30 kg per hour.

The slicing thickness is easily adjustable from 0 to 8 mm.

The stainless steel blade cover ensures safe operation, while the handle and motor housing are made from anti-slip material for secure handling.
