The HENDI Dry aging cabinet offers a controlled environment for the meat to cure, resulting in exceptionally tender and tasty meat. The cabinet was designed to perfectly recreate the microclimate used for traditional, natural maturing. At the same time, the cutting-edge technology enables constant control over the process through keeping steady ventilation, adjustable air humidity and sterilisation.
